Stage 2 Catering Concepts
During term 2, Stage 2 Catering Concepts students have been learning about technological advances in the Food and Hospitality industry. To demonstrate their understanding of this, they designed, prepared and presented 12 cupcakes utilising contemporary cake decorating tools, equipment and ingredients. The students learnt how to work with technology like commercial cake mix, plastic icing (fondant), silicone moulds, gel colours, edible glitter, sugar glue, piping bags and much more! Each of their designs were unique and met the brief of the task precisely. Well done Stage 2 Catering students!
