On Friday 5 July, two of our Ice Factor students, Mahdi and Asefa, represented the college at a Lord Mayor's Reception at the Adelaide Town Hall. They were accompanied by our Principal Eva Kannis-Torry and the Manager of our Thebarton Thunder Ice Factor team, Roy Croft.

Following a welcome by The Right Honourable The Lord Mayor of Adelaide, Sandy Verschoor, Asefa was one of a group of students who gave a small speech about how she has benefited from being a member of the college's ice hockey team.

On Monday 24 June, our Thebarton Thunder ice hockey team also played in a tournament against eight other schools. Well done to our students on a great effort.
