In this subject, students will continue to develop their capacity to create digital and written content that suits both their interest and is related to the modern workplace. Students will be consulted about the focus and structure of the program, with the learning built around their needs and interests.

Course content will be adapted to student need. Example focus areas include:

  • Content creation for social media
  • Understanding the language of persuasion and manipulation
  • The visual and language techniques behind music, fan-fiction, and popular media
  • Analysing and creating texts to support gaining employment, a traineeship/apprenticeship, or further study
  • Creative text production (video and written)
