There are three areas of content:
- Diagnostics - students use various testing and evaluation methods to measure performance and improvement in a selected sport(s)
- Improvement - students participate in a sport to develop their fitness and/or skill - this involves testing, practising activities and evaluation of achievement
- Group Dynamics - students plan/participate collaboratively in a selected sport(s). This entails students undertaking specific team-type roles such as: fitness coach, skills coach, motivator etc
