SACE STAGE 2 FOOD AND HOSPITALITY
Congratulations to the SACE Stage 2 Food and Hospitality students from our day time class on their outstanding celebration cakes created for their final assessment.

Students were required to explore the influence of the internet and social media on the cake making industry, then design, bake and decorate a contemporary cake suitable for a specific event or celebration of their choosing.

The focus of this task was on technological advances in the food and hospitality industry, therefore using industry standard tools to prepare the cake. Well done to all students.
