Harmony Day
A fun-filled celebration of cultural diversity
Harmony Day
Students and staff were treated to a celebration of cultural diversity on 21 March as the college celebrated Harmony Day. With a balloon arch made by NAP students creating a grand backdrop to proceedings, our special guest was Bortier Okoe who thrilled the crowd with his wonderful interactive drumming performances. Students drummed and danced their way through the lunch time event, complete with an Aussie BBQ. Teacher Emma Wegner also announced the winners of the Harmony Day Twitter competition. A fun day all around that showed Harmony is alive and well at Thebarton Senior College.
