White Ribbon Day
Learn, Give, Take Action
White Ribbon Day
On Friday 19 November, staff and students came together to say no to domestic violence against women. We believe that schools play a pivotal role in breaking the cycle of violence by teaching young people how to recognise and challenge violence against women and build respectful relationships.

On the day, students and staff were invited to write on white paper bows, their suggestions of local actions that they will undertake at the college or in their local communities, to stop violence against women. These were added to our Library's display in the Learning Hub foyer as a way to raise awareness of domestic violence and actions that can make a lasting difference to our community.
