SCREEN AND MEDIA SHOWCASE
Certificate III and IV in Screen and Media
SCREEN AND MEDIA SHOWCASE
On Thursday November 4, our Certificate III and IV in Screen and Media students held their annual event to showcase their work. The Showcase is a student-run exhibition of selected works produced as part of Certificate III and IV in Screen and Media. Students chose their six best pieces for display and had the chance to win one of six awards.

In the early evening, family and friends of the students came along for the prize giving ceremony. Three encouragement awards were presented with support from Eckersley's Arts and Crafts who donated gift cards and drawing materials to each winner. Congratulations to winners Monet, Shayla and Reece.

The People's Choice Award was an opportunity for the community to view and cast votes for their favourite five students' overall work. The winner received a voucher donated by CDW Studios for one of their Masterclasses with an industry expert. Congratulations to winner Emily.

The Principal's Choice Award is selected and presented by our Principal Eva, who spent some time looking at each student's collection of work. The winner received two vouchers donated by CDW Studios for two of their Masterclass with an industry expert. Congratulations to winner Jessie.

Finally, the CDW Choice Award was chosen by Simon and Nathan from CDW Studios. They were impressed by the quality of art on display from all of our students. They commented at how exceptional the quality of work was from all students and that some was of the standard of a third-year undergraduate student. The winner received three vouchers donated by CDW Studios for three of their Masterclasses with an industry expert. Congratulations to winner Bella.

Congratulations to all of our winners, and a big thank you to our students for privileging us with their amazing talent this year. Another big thank you to Eckersley's Art and Craft for their ongoing support and sponsorship of our Showcase. Lastly, thank you to CDW Studios for their continued support and collaboration within the Screen and Media courses, as well as the prizes they donated for workshops and masterclasses.
